CHARLIE HORN is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor in numerous high growth companies. He is an innovator in the health care and consumer benefits arena, utilizing strong marketing and category changing technology. Charlie founded two mature companies, ScriptSave® and HealthTrans, both of which have been designated as Inc. 500 companies multiple times. Additionally, ScriptSave® has been recognized numerous times in Best Place to Work and Most Admired Company lists.

Multiple national business publications have recognized Charlie, and The University of Arizona McGuire Entrepreneurship Program and Tucson Regional Economic Organization both recognized him as one of the leading entrepreneurs in Arizona. He has been awarded the Thomas R. Brown Excellence in Entrepreneurship award, and The University of Arizona McGuire/Anheuser Bush Entrepreneur-in-Residence award. Charlie also serves on the National Board of Advisors to The University of Arizona College of Pharmacy.

Under the inspiration, guidance and funding from the Horn family, Charlie's alma mater, the University of Delaware, created the Horn Program in Entrepreneurship at its highly regarded Lerner Business School. The program initiatives create new and extend existing curricula, co-curricula and numerous community entrepreneurial ecosystem engagement programs designed to invigorate entrepreneurship and serve as a model for the rest of the world.

SUZANNE PASSALACQUA is a Managing Director at PBMS group. She is responsible for portfolio performance and lends hands-on support to developing management teams, executing the vision, and promoting continuous improvement. Suzanne leads strategic and business model development, creates business infrastructure and deep dives into discrete projects to bridge resource gaps.

In both later-stage and start-up environments, Suzanne has executed sell-side and buy-side transactions, including buy-outs, corporate restructurings, execution of growth plans, sourcing deals, directing diligence teams, and leading transaction negotiations and execution. She has also led an array of corporate finance and strategic advisory initiatives, including debt and equity financings in public and private markets, the development and execution of business plans and strategic alliances, assessing valuations, and delivering fairness opinions. She is responsible for having advised clients in transactions totaling over $1.5 billion in value and has served several portfolio companies through hands-on involvement and Board representation.

Suzanne earned bachelor's degrees in economics and Italian from the University of California at Davis, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law. She is a member of the California State Bar and her accomplishments include having won a favorable decision from the California Supreme Court.

ROD DUNMYRE is the Chief Growth Officer for PBMS Group. He focuses on marketing strategy, new product creation, opportunity development, and top line growth for the portfolio companies. He is a Co-Founder of three PBMS Companies.

Over the last 32 years, Rod has created numerous new-innovative products, built and led high performing sales/marketing teams, and opened new markets and distribution channels for leading insurance, health, and benefit companies.

After a fast track career as a sales and marketing executive in the insurance industry, he left the safety of corporate life to be a member of the founding Leadership Team of Scriptsave, serving as its Executive Vice President. He went on to build his own consulting practice where he helped his clients see the possibilities for their businesses, and assisted their teams in creating new products, markets, and driving revenues. Several of these clients achieved INC 500/5000 status. Rod has served as the Chief Marketing Officer for two National Insurance Companies, and the launch/ interim CEO for five start-up companies.

Rod earned a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from Westminster College and holds an ACS designation from the Life Office Management Association. He has served on the Board of Directors for several non-profit organizations.

JOSH WOOLDRIDGE is the Vice President of Technology and Operations at PBMS, directing information technology strategy and initiatives for PBMS' investment group companies. As an IT translation agent, he bridges the gaps in technology architecture and expertise within the business dynamics of the organization.

His passion is building organizations and effective teams by managing infrastructure, data services, operations, and implementation processes to meet PBMS' multi-company business objectives, and scale the needs of modern technology architecture.

In both start-up and mature tech environments, Josh has over 17 years of senior IT management experience in the delivery of highly visible, complex technology projects by leveraging product knowledge, team building skills, and business acumen to deliver programs.
Josh earned his Bachelor's in Communications Studies from the University of North Texas, and a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology from Southern Methodist University. He served as an appointed participant on the Technology Committee for the Phoenix Art Museum and volunteered for the YMCA Dallas Technology Program.

MATT MUEHLEBACH is the General Counsel for PBMS Group. Mr. Muehlebach is responsible for managing, supporting and effecting all legal functions and matters within PBMS Group and across portfolio companies and private equity investment activities.

Prior to joining PBMS Group, Mr. Muehlebach was a partner in the prestigious law firm of Hecker & Muehlebach, PLLC for 13 years. While a partner at Hecker & Muehlebach, PLLC, Mr. Muehlebach's areas of practice focused primarily on complex corporate and business transactions, including merger and acquisition transactions and related start-up and capital formation transactions, general corporate and business law, limited liability company and partnership law, real estate, securities regulation, franchise/licensing transactions and employment law.

Mr. Muehlebach received both his Bachelor of Arts degree (1991) and his Juris Doctor (1996) from the University of Arizona. Mr. Muehlebach has served on numerous boards in Tucson, including the University of Arizona National Alumni Association and Bank of Tucson, where he was the youngest Board member and a member of the loan committee.

LANCE MARTIN is the Controller for PBMS group. He is responsible for development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures, oversight of day-to-day accounting functions, and business analysis of financial and non-financial data for all PBMS group entities.

He has several years of experience in public accounting and private industry, working with a wide variety of organizations ranging from non-profits to privately held companies.

Lance graduated summa cum laude from the University of Arizona with a B.S.B.A. in accounting. He received his Masters degree from the University of Phoenix and is a member of the AICPA.
